When the bag first arrives in the mail, it comes completely flat. So in the beginning, you’ll need to fold it and kind of “train” the material to hold the square shape as shown in the photos. But once that is done, it’s a nice travel bag. It’s super spacious and my favorite feature is the fact that it opens wide and flat. That makes it super convenient to find the products that I need fast especially if I’m in a rush. My only complaint about this bag is that the middle pocket divider doesn’t exactly serve as a divider because it’s not sewn to the bottom of the bag. This allows products and other toiletries to float around the large compartment without any sort of organization. So that downside brings my rating down one star.
